THE ORIGINAL CRÊPERIE

Inspired by sidewalk cafés in France.

Ann and Ray Gallardo brought the idea home to St. Louis in 1995. The concept still centers on crêpes prepared right behind the counter, with sweet, savory and distinctly St. Louis creations.
